After being here a few days, I have finally settled into not needing to wear makeup and style my hair. Having a large wardrobe of color-coordinating swim separates helps.
The one thing I really wish I had brought (have I said this already?) is a hat. Today we went to the beach. I did a really good job not getting sunburnt, except … Tomorrow I’ll be sporting a deep side part in an effort to use my hair to shield my scalp 😉
Full disclosure: this is what my hair looked like in the morning after going to bed with it damp. At least one day.
