What is the concept behind Cyber Monday? If you didn’t find it in the stores over the weekend, but still wish to complete your shopping now, you go online?

Those are the greatest boots! I love a high flat boot. They have all the great
benefits of wearing a boot and the best look of a boot, I think, plus none of
the – just my opinion – tackiness of spike heeled boots. I think spike heeled
boots fall into that category you have where things are at cross purposes
with each other. Boots are so purposeful and stilettos are so restrictive.
Wendy, I had no idea there was a cyber Monday either, until last year when I began getting the emails from my affiliate retailers.
Thanks for the compliments, both of you! I am wearing them now, my feet feel happy and my legs feel warm. They are actually quite a bit smaller size than I normally wear, so I can’t put extra socks in them, but my greater concern was that my feet would slip around in them, causing blisters. I wore them right out of the store and shopped for several more hours, without any problems! Yay!
The color doesn’t show up too well here, but it is a very dark brown, kinda like my purse, almost plum.
Vildy ~ the funny thing is, I just got a pair of fur-trimmed booties with a smallish spiky heel. If they hadn’t been free, in a box of old stuff from my mom and grandma, and currently in style, I doubt I would have kept them. (They are black, but the fur trim is brown.) Anyway, I had new heels put on them and wore them to church yesterday. Apparently they are insulated! 🙂 I had no idea there was such a thing, but my feet were so warm and happy when I got home …
Clearly I have a problem with my feet getting cold. lol
Okay, I will admit that little stilettos are wonderful ice picks
for walking over black ice. 🙂
Even in snug fitting boots you could probably have room for
silk or polypro sock liners.
Great boots! Wish I’d known about Cyber Monday. I need shoes for my holiday party. Oh well. Off to the mall I go!
