Not quite certain why I’m experiencing a little blogger’s block today. Certainly much of what is on my mind is bloggable:
- Susie J’s b**b tape experience. Or why Cinderella really needed a fairy godmother. lol
- Blest with sons on her husband’s reaction to her weight loss. We should all be so honest.
- Boden. Thanks to regular reader Jennifer for mentioning it. Note: the sizes are UK! (It scared me for a minute, thinking their sizes start at 8.)
So is the real reason I’m having trouble getting on track, blog-wise, hormones or is it because I am distracted thinking about pants for the Queen of Carrots?
One more thing about pants:Â is that what they call underwear in Britain?
Re the pants: Yes, it can be. It’s short for ‘underpants’ which is what most of the rest of the English-speaking world calls ‘panties’. In Australia we often call them ‘undies’ or ‘knickers’ too.
But trousers can also be called pants.
And a thong? That’s what Aussies call one half of a pair of flip-flops… you can imagine the confusion when you need to wear thongs because the showers are so grotty! 🙂
Yes. 🙂
And I seem to recall that I make my daily coffee with what Aussies call a “plunger”. Talk about grotty! lol
Yes…I checked Boden out too. So glad Jennifer mentioned it b/c I now have a new store to shop.
All this talk about pants and plungers reminds me of plumbers…Which means I can say “grotty” about that mental picture! (sorry)
Husband humor: maybe plumbers should have lacy panties to accent their cleavage … equal rights, right?
How do you spell EEEiuWWWWW!?!?!
Ha, ha, ha…snort…ha, ha! Gross, yuck, bleck, EEEiuWWWW!
