About shoes, the bad news is my BORN – Women’s Niagaras arrived and they don’t fit. I didn’t anticipate this problem, they are too wide.

The good news for me:
My mom brought us a box of clothes yesterday. Some ultra-cool vintage stuff, some fun stuff for costumes and maybe a little junk. In the box was a pair of shoes that fit me; they aren’t exactly perfect for my idiom, but they may stand in for the “something nicer than Chacos” until I find something better. I’ll test them on my walk today.
Wow, that is too bad! Do they make them in a more narrow size?

I just bought a pair of Borns today but they are clogs for the fall. You have to buy shoes far ahead of the season here in Dallas as stuff hits the market so fast here. They weren’t a bargain, but I did get a pair of Bass clogs for less than $10.00 at DSW where I bought my Borns.
