  1. Cute! I agree with the swishy but tidy assessment. Have you tried styling the bangs swept off to one side? If so, I would love to see.

  2. And here’s the bonus – with that firm jawline showing people are no longer going to reflexively assume you’re older than you are because of the hair color.

  3. Very nice, and such a pretty colour esp. in the last pic. Does the length feel ok, how it brushes against your collar? I’ve had waist-length hair all my life except for a two-year ‘rebel” period in college and as it grew out I was always so annoyed by how it got stuck/hung up on my collar — and was relieved as it got longer again. I want to see a bit longer, side-swept bangs too, but this cut seems to suit you so well (i’m chicken to cut my own hair but love to see what others do!!)

  4. The big problems I see with side-swept bangs/fringe are: “hair-in-my-eye” look/feel and developing the “push/flick-back” or “head-toss” to keep the bangs/fringe in place. We see it all the time on TV and I’m not sure the ladies are aware of the distraction. Besides, I want to see both beautiful eyes:-))

  5. Ellem – I probably would never have noticed it brushing against my collar if you hadn’t said anything. lol Just kidding! Most of the time I don’t even noticed it. Longer actually bothers me more because it causes static. 🙂
