Tessa ~ If I do wear black, I prefer it with gray, kinda like what you did. It softens the black.

Bought my very first cashmere sweater last winter in a charcoal gray…who knew I would be on the “cutting edge” this year?! Did a bit of “dress up” in my closet and it looks great with a deep, dark red collared button down shirt. Now if it would just get cold enough to see the light of day!

Agreed.. I’m slowly moving away from black into grey, myself.

Black, grey, burgundy, white and beige are all neutrals in my book They go with all!

Aw, thanks for the mention, Rebecca! I really love the color grey! It is one of my favorite colors for clothing. I seem to wear it in place of black- I don’t own much black clothing.
