Kristine ~ I grew up in the desert, so I know what you mean. It’s probably even harder to get the layering thing stuck in your mind when it’s so hot for so long.

I can’t help be a little jealous because here in Las Vegas the temperature is hot and hotter. Layering is important in the spring and fall, though because it does go from chilly to burning hot throughout the course of the day. It’s sometimes hard to think ahead!
